Greece 2 constructed photovoltaic parks, 1 MW each are for sale.

The parks are constructed with bifacial branded panels, Huawei inverters and tracker mounting system. The agreed tariff with the network (fit), for the next 25 years, is at €0.041 / kWh, with each park is expected to have an annual production of about 2.000.000 kWh, and the revenue for each park is expected at €80.000.

The parks are connected to the grid since 2022, are located on a plot of 40.000 sq.m, with a total rent of €10,200 for a period of 25 years with an additional option of 10 years.

Transaction method, accounting clean and immediately transferable company.
