New Home Mortgage Products

We have developed and designed new Bank Home Mortgage Products with perils that have been studied in order to conform to the requirements of all banks operating in the Greek market.

We offer one of the most competitive premiums that can be found in the Greek market.

Secure Home E: This is the simplest of the three products offered which covers the basic Fire perils along with the risk of Earthquake.

Secure Home E Basic: This product covers additional risks such that of Explosions, offering a more comprehensive cover.

Secure Home E Plus: This product has been complemented with the addition of some further perils offers a combination of more comprehensive cover and full compliance with the requirements of all banks operating in the Greek market

Secure Business

These products are targeted to provide cover for owners or tenants of small businesses.

We have maintained the same philosophy as that described in our Secure Home products particularly with regards to the range an assured can choose from. Each product is analyzed in detail hereafter.

This product provides basic cover for businesses and consists of 4 (four) insured perils. Rating is calculated by assessing and categorizing the risks by occupation class. At all times we provide relevant occupation class table by category.

Secure Business Comprehensive

This is a comprehensive product which provides a complete insurance cover for any business with a total of 19different named perils. Rating is calculated by assessing and categorizing the risks by occupation class. At all times we provide relevant occupation class table by category.

Secure Hotel

This is a comprehensive product which provides a complete insurance cover for hotels, guesthouses, rooms and small hotels with a total insured value of € 1.000.000 with an excellent construction.
