Greece-Macedonia, PV Park of 1 MW capacity on a plot 20.000 square meters in a sunny spot of the area, for sale.

It is one of the first PV Parks that has been constructed in Greece with an agreed selling price of 0,408 €/KWh and an annual return estimated up to 615.000 euros.

The PV Park has been connected with the grid in August 2010. It has been constructed without financing and is expected to get a subsidy of 1.000.000 euros.

The plot of land is fenced and insured, features security alarms and security cameras and has easy and immediate access to a rural road.
