Photovoltaic park 500 kW under construction

Ike company is for sale, which consists of a 500 kW photovoltaic park under construction, with expected connection to the network in 2022.

The agreed connection value to the system (Fit) is 0.06574 cents / kWh. The construction of the park will be done with bifacial frames of a recognized company, Huawei inverter and a corresponding transformer.

The PV station will be controlled via closed-circuit cameras with a recorder, as well as an installed alarm system. The park will be on a leased plot

The expected annual production will be 770,000 kWh, and the respective revenues approximately €51,000, while the expenses in addition to the rent which will be €2,700 / year, include the maintenance and insurance costs which indicatively range in the amount of €3,500 / year.

The transfer will be in the form of a company in whose name one can make a loan.
