Pv parks portfolio of 1 MW for sale

Greece a portfolio of the total capacity of 1 MW consisting of 10 photovoltaic parks with a capacity of 100 KW each, is offered for sale.

The parks have been constructed and connected to the grid in 2013. The agreed price (FIT) of the parks is 0.285 euros /Kwh. The average annual production is about 1.5 Mwh, and the annual income before taxes amounts to approximately 425.000 to 436.000 euros.

All the parks have been constructed on leased plots of a total area of 40 acres. They have solid aluminum bases, with cameras, alarms, etc. For more information contact us.
