Two pv parks of 500 kw are available for sale

Private company “Ike in Greek” for sale, which owns 2 new 500KW photovoltaic parks built in 2021.

The parks will be constructed with bifacial Upsolar panels, Huawei inverters and fixed bases, on a plot of 8,000 - 12,000 sq.m for each park, with an annual rent of 2,000 - €2,500 for each plot.

The agreed tariff with the network (fit), for the next 20 years, is 0.06574 € / kWh. Each Park is expected to have an annual production of about 800.000 kwh, and the revenue for each park is expected at 52.000-€53.000.

The construction is proceeding normally, and the solvency and reliability of the owner is a given.
