Central Greece solar park 500 kW for sale

A photovoltaic park of 500 kW connected since July 2022, with an agreed price of connection to the system (Fit) at 0.0657 cents/kWh is available for sale.

The construction of the park has been done with Longi Solar bifacial panels with 15 years warranty. Huaweii inverters have been installed, while the mounting structure is one-axis tracker from the Deger company and the substation is from the AEG company.

Furthermore, the park is on a leased plot of 9,000 sq.m for 25 years with rental costs of 2,263 € per year. The annual production is estimated at 820,000 kWh. The corresponding income is therefore expected at approximately 54,000 €.

The photovoltaic park is transferred as a fixed asset.
