Photovoltaic park 500 kW for sale

A connected photovoltaic park of 500 kW is for sale. The agreed connection value to the system (Fit) is 0.0703 € / kWh.

The construction of the park has been done with panels of Luxor Ecoline power 395 W with 15 years warranty. There have been installed 7 Huawei inverters while the support bases are fixed with TUV certification. In addition, there are ABB electrical panels, external type substation and 500 kVA oil transformer.

The PV station is controlled via a closed circuit camera with a recorder, as well as an installed alarm system. Additional components include lightning protection and grounding. It should be noted that the park is on a leased plot.

The annual production for 2021 was 790,000 kWh, so the respective revenues are expected to be approximately 55.000 €, while the cost of the rent is 2,000 € per year.
