Photovoltaic park under construction 500 KW is for sale

A photovoltaic park of 500 KW under construction is for sale, waiting for connection to the grid in 2022.

The agreed connection value to the system (Fit) is 0.06574 cents / kWh. The construction of the park will be done with bifacial frames of Luxor power 540 WP each and the appropriate bases for these frames. Huawei's inverters will be installed in the park.

The PV station will be controlled via closed-circuit cameras with a recorder, as well as an installed alarm system. The park will be on a leased plot.

The expected annual production will be 750,000 kWh, and the corresponding revenues of approximately €49,000, while the expenses in addition to the rent which will be €2,000 / year, include maintenance and insurance costs which are indicatively in the amount of €3,500 / year.

The transfer will be in the form of a fixed asset or a branch.
